AMRF – First Building

Savcon were engaged to Design and Construct Bringelly’s first Research Manufacturing facility spanning 2,800sqm GFA. Our inhouse design team created the initial schematic design and worked with the Builder & Consultants to ensure their vision was represented.

Using LOD 400 modelling we partnered with our national and international suppliers early in the process to ensure clear communication from the get-go. Savcon was then responsible for all international freight and local deliveries of the timber and associated fixings and bracketry to site as well as the installation/construction covering 500m 3 of Masslam GLT from Australian Sustainable Hardwoods ASH (Heyfield, Victoria) and 498m 3 Spruce CLT & GLT from Stora Enso (Austria).
